Patterns

Full sequences

Chaining situations

  • Leave home → transport → shop → work small talk → gym → evening

Speaking Practice

Record yourself, listen back, and download anything worth keeping.

Complete day narration (record this)

Use clarification phrases if you get stuck — keep speaking.

Narrate a full realistic day in Aarhus from morning to evening. Include transport, shopping, work, training, and something about family or food. Aim for 2–3 minutes.

Writing Practice

  • Write a full-day diary entry in Danish (12–15 sentences).

Scenario: A normal day in Aarhus

Combine as many previous scenarios as possible.

You: En enkeltbillet til centrum, tak.
You: Jeg vil gerne have mælk og brød.
You: Hej. Hvordan går det?
You: Hvor er omklædningsrummet?
You: I aften laver vi mad.

Immersion Tasks

  • Record the full-day narration twice and compare fluency
  • Mark three moments where you hesitated

Self-Check

  • Can you speak for 2+ minutes about a full day with only occasional pauses?
  • Can you recover with clarification phrases?
